Terms of Use
These terms (“Terms of Use”) outline the rules for use of our website.
https://www.freedom-id.com/ (the “Website”) is a site operated by Freedom ID z.s. (“Company”, “we” or “us”). Our registered office is Musílkova 335/62, Košíře 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, with company number 17365805. To contact us, please email hello@freedom-id.com.
By using the Website, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must not use the Website. The Terms of Use also include our privacy policy (https://www.freedom-id.com/privacy-policy), incorporated herein by reference.
We may amend the Terms of Use from time to time, and your continued use of the Website means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of and comply with the Terms of Use.
FreedomID Output
The FreedomID identity check service is designed to reduce risk and increase accountability by giving an indication of the valid identity of a person being assessed (the “Identity Service”). The Company operates this Identity Service using a wide range of third-party services and using an algorithm that is intended to generate an accurate output. However, the Company cannot guarantee that all outputs from the Identity Service are entirely accurate, which may result from inaccuracy or unavailability of third-party service providers, or from potential inadequacies of the algorithms used by the Company.
FreedomID Only Checks its Users
If you are a host or guest using the Identity Service for checking identities, please note that your usage of the Identity Service is only a check of your identity. By using the service, the Company is NOT ensuring that other relevant persons have been checked by it. For example, if you are a host and have your own identity checked, that alone is not an indication that the Company has conducted an identity verification of your potential guest.

We do not have control over the contents of these sites or resources, and their presence on the Website does not constitute our approval of them.
